A structured retreat in Cape Town designed for people who want more than just a holiday. This is for solo travellers who want to train, explore, and be part of a strong group experience without the chaos of planning everything themselves. Across the week, you’ll combine boxing, movement training, and recovery with curated experiences around Cape Town — from beaches and hikes to local culture and food. The group is intentionally small (around 20 people), so it feels personal, social, and well organised from start to finish. You’ll leave fitter, clearer, and having built real connections — not just taken a trip.
