About

This is a week built around good people, movement, and experiencing Bali properly. You will be based in Canggu, with daily sessions at Soma Fight Club. It is one of the most respected gyms in the region, home to fighters competing in the UFC, PFL, ONE Championship, and more. At the same time, it is one of the most welcoming places you will train. Complete beginners train alongside experienced fighters without any ego. I would not take people there if it was not the right environment. Simple as that. Training is centred around boxing and Muay Thai, and designed for all levels. Whether you have never thrown a punch or you train regularly, you will fit in. You are training where pros train, without needing to be one. The goal is to keep you active, not take over your trip. Outside of training, you will explore some of the best parts of Bali. From Ubud and the rice terraces to Uluwatu beaches and Tanah Lot at sunset. Expect a mix of planned experiences and free time to do your own thing. There is good food throughout the week, from group breakfasts to beach dinners and a cooking class. Some nights are organised, others are open. Each evening I will share what I am doing, so you can join or do your own thing. You will have a host with you throughout, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels part of the group. Most people come solo. That changes quickly. There is also an optional social game running through the week for those who want to get involved. It is a simple way to bring people together without forcing anything. This is not a bootcamp. It is not a party trip. It is a social travel experience with structure, space, and a group you did not expect to care about.

  1. Day 1 — 20 Sept

    Arrive & Welcome

    Airport pickup, check-in, welcome pack, and a hosted welcome dinner (included) to meet the group and set the tone for the week.

  2. Day 2 — 21 Sept

    Train & Sunset

    Morning boxing session and breakfast at Soma (included), followed by recovery and a sunset trip to Tanah Lot. Dinner is optional and self-paid.

  3. Day 3 — 22 Sept

    Ubud Adventure

    Morning training and breakfast at Soma (included), then a full-day Ubud trip with ATV, rice terraces, and waterfall. Lunch is included. Dinner is optional and self-paid.

  4. Day 4 — 23 Sept

    Beach & Recovery

    Beach training session and breakfast at Times Beach Warung (included), optional strength and conditioning, plus ice bath and sauna. Optional group dinner in the evening (self-paid).

  5. Day 5 — 24 Sept

    Canggu Flow

    Sunrise social run followed by breakfast at Lima Bay (self-paid), drills at Soma, and a cooking class in the evening with dinner included.

  6. Day 6 — 25 Sept

    Uluwatu Escape

    Morning session and breakfast at Soma (included), followed by a trip to Uluwatu including cultural park and beach time. Sunset dinner at Jimbaran is self-paid.

  7. Day 7 — 26 Sept

    Final Session & Closing

    Final group training, breakfast at Soma (included), recovery session, free time, and a hosted farewell dinner (included).

  8. Day 8 — 27 Sept

    Depart

    Checkout and transfers.

Accommodation

You’ll have your own private room in a boutique property in Canggu, just five minutes from Soma Fight Club. Close enough to train easily. Far enough to switch off properly. Rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for recovery, with views over the rice fields and sunsets in the evening. There’s a shared pool and relaxed spaces to unwind, whether that’s solo downtime or time with the group. It’s a comfortable base for the week. Nothing over the top. Just done properly.
